Hello! I’m Marisse. I teach yoga with the intention of creating a space for people to take a moment from the noise and chaos and find a little bit of stillness, so people can build the tools in the yoga space and use them in their everyday.

As well as the physical benefits, yoga offers us the opportunity to get out of our heads and feel present in the body where we can listen, connect, learn, and understand ourselves from a different angle.

I offer public studio and online classes, workplace sessions, and private/121 classes, tailored to meet the unique needs of each group or individual.

One-to-one Private

From £60 (cheaper in packs) – connect more deeply to your practice. Tailoring sessions specific to you. We’ll work together on alignment, breath work, or specific poses.
