Before my life as a yoga teacher, I spent years in an office role, working in Learning and Development and managing training programs for entire teams. I was deeply connected to the needs of employees and saw firsthand how wellness initiatives can positively impact workplace culture. I led and participated in many wellness programs myself, so it’s no surprise that I do what I do now!

Yoga provides a powerful reset, helping employees feel more grounded, focused, and energised. From complete newbies to regular practitioners, my sessions are inclusive, playful, and supportive, ensuring everyone feels at ease and can enjoy the benefits.
